Challenge

This building has a heritage overlay and no changes to the façade were permitted.
Our scope was to fit out the space for a Family Law firm that had an eye for detail.
The existing floors and walls were effected by time and needed extensive work.
With a unique existing layout utilizing space was forefront to construction.

Solution

Working closely with the client, Architect and Heritage Victoria meant that Reliance achieved the best outcome without changing any part of the façade.
The preparation works to ensure plumb and level surfaces was undertaking by our team of carpenters.
With respect for the heritage overlay timber, glass, stone and other practical finishes were incorporated into the fitout.
A covid safe plan was created and merged into a site management and OHS plan.
