Challenge

Reliance Construction were awarded a contract with “LIVE NATIONS” to carry out some external works to the existing staircase on the heritage listed Palais Theatre. 

Solution

We worked again with Michael Taylor architecture to construct a visually sympathetic screen over the existing staircase. Reliance had the Palais external colour matched in powder coat material to ensure heritage guidelines for the project were meet.
