Challenge

This project was complete re-construction of existing toilets blocks throughout the campus.
The location of the works was in the centre of the school grounds and attached to senior and junior school classrooms.
Demolition was extensive and propping of existing structure required.
Covid 19 played a major part in restricting the program

Solution

Reliance developed a management plan that included, a Covid safe plan, delivery requirements, site access, OHS requirements etc.
Reliance engaged with the structural engineers regarding the propping of existing structure and bracing of beams and columns.
To enable access via a safe path of travel Reliance approach local council to permit a path of travel through council grounds, extensive site safety fencing was installed along with signage and project details.
