Challenge

Building an end-of-trip facility within the basement of an existing office tower presents many challenges including issues of space, working around building services, and ensuring safety for employees during construction.

Solution

Through ongoing communication with building management, we were able to minimise disruption during our work in the basement. Within the confines of the basement, we were able to construct changing rooms, bathrooms, toilets and lockers to a high standard to reflect the quality of the office tower and its tenants.
