Challenge

This fit out was located in an occupied building on the second floor.

Access and noisy works were part of our issues to overcome.

The design requirements were fluid and numerous changes where made throughout the build.

Solution

Reliance arranged for deliveries of all materials prior to office hours commencing.

We utilised the lift and stairs after consultation with building tenants to ensure minimum disruption while we were on site.

During the build we had open lines of communication with the client and medical professionals regarding the layout and services requirements in the space.
