The location of these greenfield sites is in a very busy location with pedestrians and sports trainers utilising the open spaces.
Major in ground services run directly under the footprint of both buildings.
This project involves blending of external surfaces into an existing building while the structures remain separate.

Solution

Working with Parks Victoria and Case Meallin to get a clear understanding of what space is available for the construction period and how sporting groups and the F1 will effect progress.
It was imperative to develop a traffic management plan for delivery’s and to allow clear paths of travel for the thousands of pedestrians that use the fields and paths daily.
A project management plan was developed which included a Covid safe plan along with OHS requirements that are specific to this site.
Our project team are in constant review of, how this project is impacting ground users, temp fencing set up, signage and an understanding of the impact of the construction program
